Facials and Body Services
All of the offerings in the space consist of intentional usage of ingredients from the earth, and intentional touch through massage. Using Botnia’s apothecary style backbar, Chelsea mixes fresh herbal treatment masks for a farm to face experience. Massage is a big part of The Space Facial, soothing nervous system and restoring flow to the lymphatic system. Add Ons include LED light therapy, High Frequency, Gua Sha and facial cupping.
Body treatments for pregnant bellies, and foot treatments available.

Retail
The SPACE offers Botnia Skincare products to complement your topical treatments. Food Over Drugs tea and skin supplements, Conscious Seed Apotheca self care items (local), gua sha and crystal face roller tools, candles and all natural soaps to support your at home goals for healthy skin and self. Available both online, in studio (by appointment) and available for no contact or studio pickup in Liberty Township Ohio. Be sure to book your shopping or pickup time on the booking site.
Facial Treatments
Each facial includes a thorough double cleanse, warm towels, 1-2 Botnia organic plant-based mask(s), hydrosols, massage (custom combination of legs and feet arms, shoulders, head, face and neck) and finishing products.
Complimentary customizations at guests request and/or Chelsea's discretion: gua sha, cupping, high frequency, ice globes, LED, Unless otherwise contraindicated. Number of Modalities depends on length of time chosen. Chelsea may advise against certain modalities. The more complimentary customizations used, the less time spent on body massage.

If this is your first time in The Space, choose this option when booking. Chelsea books extra time for first time clients to get to know you and make your experience a comfortable one. Upon arriving, we will discuss your skin health and history as well as hopes, goals and dreams for your skin. In addition, we will explore your personal sensory preferences and expectations for your services. This extra time ensures a truly customized experience in the SPACE.

MAMA Facial-Face or Belly 12+ weeks gestation
A facial for expectant mamas. You can choose a normal face facial, or a belly facial. For those who are 12+ weeks gestation. Please do not book if you are less than 12 weeks.
Belly Facial- MAMA (Belly) begins with an epsom salt foot soak for tired feet. Then you will lay on a gently heated reclined treatment table for a luxorious belly treatment consisting of a gentle belly cleanse, warm towels, two organic plant-based belly masks, massage of the legs and feet and shoulder and arms, and finished with herbal hydrosols, creams and oils and ice globes when appropriate.

Apothecary Backbar
Let Chelsea prepare fresh treatment masks from the Botnia apothecary backbar.
Treatment masks may include powdered plants/flowers, glycerine extracts, hydrosols or tea flowers to bring the farm to face experience home.

Nap Time
Many people fall asleep during their treatment. This add on gives you 20 extra minutes to snooze or gently transition from facial to everyday life.
Chelsea will leave the room, but don’t worry, she will come wake you up. So you don’t have to worry about a thing.

High Frequency
Low electrical current to create ozone and oxygenate skin. This kills acne causing bacteria, decreases inflammation and improves texture and tone. For aging, it stimulates collagen and elastin to soften fine lines and wrinkles and even skin tone.
This modality has a buzzing sound and slight zap like sensation. Chelsea will make sure you are comfortable throughout. This modality will be tolerable to most people, especially those with tattoos.

Gua Sha Facial Massage
Rooted in traditional chinese medicine, gua sha facial massage utilizes smooth crystal facial tools to lift, sculpt and restore flow and glow to the skin. By bringing blood flow and circulation to the tissue, we can smooth fine lines and wrinkles, soothe inflammation and encourage lymphatic flow.

Facial Cupping
Small facial cup tools use suction to stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen, reduces oxidative and muscular stress, de puffs, sculpts. Can soften acne scarring and prevent new acne from forming. Gliding motion helps push lymphatic fluid to detoxify the skin.
